Most online retailers and Gun Broker already have my FFL on file. If they do not, please provide me with an email so I can send them a copy of my FFL. Please provide your name and/or order number for reference.
Once a firearm arrives for the transfer process, the buyer has up to 2 weeks to pick up. A $15 storage fee will apply every week after that date.
3 firearms may be transferred on the same 4473. Any additional 3 firearms may be added and are subject to an additional $15 transfer fee and every 3rd firearm thereafter.
The person purchasing the firearm that is listed on the Invoice MUST be the same person who completes the ATF Form 4473 and picks up the firearm, per ATF. NO Exceptions!
PLEASE do not show up until you are called to come in to begin the transfer process. I need to log in your firearm and prepare the paperwork beforehand. Receiving a shipment notification that your firearm has been delivered does not mean the firearm is ready for pick up. Thank you for your understanding.
ABANDONED FIREARMS:
Firearms received that have not been picked up after 6 months of being received are considered ABANDONED and become property of EDC TX.
NFA TRANSFERS:
NFA items transferred in from another FFL/SOT are processed through the SilencerShop system. SilencerShop charges $25 to process your ATF Form 4 submission. I charge an additional $25 for NFA items shipped from an FFL/SOT other than SilencerShop.
NFA items that are purchased through SilencerShop are not charged a transfer fee if delivered and transfered to my location.

FIREARM PURCHASE:
Firearm purchasers MUST have a Texas Driver License or Identification Card in order to purchase a firearm. If you are new to Texas, you can go to the DPS where they can issue you a state Driver License or Identification Card. I can accept the Temporary License for the NICS process.
The Texas Driver License or Identification MUST also have your current residence address. If not, you MUST provide a government document showing proof of residency (city utility bill, vehicle registration, etc).
Note to buyers age 18-20, thanks to Biden for passing the "Bipartisan Safer Communities Act", there will be a mandatory 10-day waiting period.

PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFERS:
Although not required in the state of Texas, we can perform a Private Party Transfer if you would like to transfer a firearm to another individual.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
While our shop is small, we try to carry the latest and most popular firearms and accessories. If we don't have a particular firearm or part in stock, we can definitely special order most items as long as they are in stock from our distributors. Special orders typically take 1-2 days to arrive once that item is ordered. Since it is a special order, we do require a payment in full at the time of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PRICE MATCHING:
Find a lower price locally? We'll price match and possibly beat their price! While you may find lower prices online, keep in mind, those dealers may dropship firearms from distributors which is why they are able to offer rock bottom prices, sometimes lower than my wholesale price. I will try my best to match their price, taking into consideration FFL transfer and shipping fees.
